tummy hurt so I ate a few whole grain cracker & a little sprite.... bad : (

hamburger & veggie sauce out of a homemade lasagna at church with salad
Had a taste of pound cake - not a good day...keep going

strawberries with a little almond butter

marinated sirloin with spinach salad & boiled egg with balsamic dressing
hahaha...not sure what happened with my weird colors... just a little tired while writing. I forgot to mention that I have had coffee every single day with coconut milk & will continue....
