Let me just be honest...I don't remember everything I ate right now. I will do better soon, I promise!

- strawberries

- cedar plank salmon
- steamed broccoli
- salad with tomato and cucumber w/ raspberry vinaigrette dressing
Day 2
breakfast
- coffee, black
lunch
- 2 fried eggs
- tsp. almond butter
dinner
- strawberries and a glass of milk (don't ask!)
Day 3
breakfast
- coffee, black
lunch
- spinach salad w/ cherry tomato, goat cheese and lemon juice and olive oil dressing
dinner
- 4 oz. ribeye
- asparagus
- milk
I feel tired and have the start of what will probably be a really gnarly headache, just like last time! However, I am already down 3lbs!
I miss coke.
