Day 1

So far so good.  Starting over for just 14 days.  Heather...1 down - only 13 left.

Day 1
B - goat milk yogurt with almonds, blueberries & little honey
L - 2 scrambled eggs with sauteed onions
snack - sunflower butter
D - coconut curry chicken & broccoli
